What to tell us

The more precise you are, the faster we work. Ideally:

• Model and size — Birkin 25, Kelly 28 Sellier, Constance 18, and so on
• Leather or skin — Togo, Epsom, Clemence, Swift, Chèvre, or an exotic
• Colour, or the range of colours you would accept
• Hardware — gold, palladium, rose gold, brushed
• Condition — brand new and unworn, or whether you would consider an excellent pre-owned example
• Budget and timing — including any date it needs to be in your hands by

If you are not sure of the terminology, our colour and leather reference will help, or simply describe what you want and we will translate it.

How flexible you are matters

A single fixed specification takes longer than a brief with room in it. Telling us that you would take Étoupe or Gold, gold or palladium hardware, a 25 or a 30, can be the difference between weeks and months. We will always tell you honestly which parts of your brief are the constraint.

What happens next

1. You send your request. There is no charge and no obligation.
2. We come back within 24 hours with what is available now, what we can source, and realistic timing.
3. If you want to proceed, we confirm the piece, the price and the terms in writing before anything is committed.
4. The piece is authenticated, documented and delivered fully insured, or handed to you in person on the Riviera.
